DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plans and directs the daily operations of the Valet function on assigned shift.
• Observes activities and procedures of valet team members, to ensure smooth and efficient operation of assigned shift.
• Operates, parks and retrieves guest vehicles in a safe manner, as needed.
• Oversees the cost-efficiency, staffing and uniform standards of valet team members on assigned shift.
• Ensures that the work areas for valet team members are kept clean, neat and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Ensures a maximum level of guest service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained.
• Held accountable, to a high degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
• Motivates valet team members on assigned shift consistently.
• Directly supervises the activities of the valet attendants.
• Valet Unsanitary Vehicles
• Working outside in adverse weather: Rain, Snow, Ice, Extreme Heat
• Acts as an Ambassador for RHC
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license from the State and a good driving record.
