A veterinary hospital is seeking a Lead Veterinarian  to guide its clinical team and help shape the future of the practice. Responsibilities

• Oversee medical standards and quality of care across the practice
• Perform diagnostics, treatment planning, and surgical procedures
• Support training and development of team members
• Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows and patient outcomes
• Communicate effectively with clients and address medical concerns when needed
• Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and standards

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited institution
• Active or eligible veterinary license
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Leadership experience or interest in a leadership role
• Ability to mentor and support a team
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
