Cohutta Animal Clinic is seeking an outgoing Lead Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital.
In this leadership role, you will not only provide outstanding customer service — including scheduling appointments, managing client communications, processing payments, and educating clients on our services — but also help lead the daily operations of our front desk team. You will assist with training and mentoring fellow CSRs, monitoring hospital flow, resolving client concerns, and ensuring every client interaction reflects our commitment to kindness, professionalism, and exceptional care.
