Palo Duro Animal Hospital is seeking an outgoing Lead Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital.
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital’s front desk while ensuring an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate supports and mentors the client service team, manages appointment flow, addresses client concerns, and serves as a key liaison between clients, medical staff, and hospital leadership. The Lead Receptionist helps maintain efficient administrative processes, promotes a positive and professional team culture, and ensures both clients and patients feel welcomed and supported throughout their visit.
