All Creatures Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced and compassionate Lead Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our exceptional team! As the first point of contact for our clients, our CSRs play a critical role in creating a welcoming, supportive environment while building lasting trust in our veterinary care.
In this leadership role, you will not only provide outstanding customer service — including scheduling appointments, managing client communications, processing payments, and educating clients on our services — but also help lead the daily operations of our front desk team. You will assist with training and mentoring fellow CSRs, monitoring hospital flow, resolving client concerns, and ensuring every client interaction reflects our commitment to kindness, professionalism, and exceptional care.

Schedule:
This is a flexible, full-time position with a 4/10 schedule. Availability is needed Monday–Friday, with required rotating weekends. There will also be a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
