    Job Description

    This is a full time position, and you must be able to work weekends
     
    The Lead Waitstaff/Server will be responsible for serving our residents and training of new team members. It is important to have a great attitude and a heart for serving the elderly. You must have 1 year of experience in hospitality and training other employees. 
    1. Serve food to assigned tables.
    2. Deliver food orders to apartments and cottages.
    3. Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
    4. Reset tables for next guest.
    5. Periodically prepare simple food items such as salads and desserts.
    6. Assist in the preparation of cold food items.
    7. Clean assigned areas daily.
    8. Train new staff
