Our Client, a HVAC and Refrigeration Organization company, is looking for a Lead Warehouse Technician for their supply store in Anchorage, AK location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Key point of contact for customers visiting our Client Supply stores.
  • Helping customers resolve parts or equipment issues and ensuring they receive high quality solutions quickly and accurately.
  • This hybrid position combines both Customer Sales Associate and Warehouse Associate responsibilities.
  • Provide customer support by identifying solutions and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Partner with customers to grow sales by recommending related or complementary products.
  • Utilize basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Use Salesforce as needed (experience is helpful but not required).
  • Process customer orders and handle inquiries, questions, or concerns related to Parts and Supply offerings.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of Client products, promotions, and offerings to deliver a premier customer experience.
  • Interact with customers both in person and over the phone.
  • Execute quote and order management processes with accuracy, including entering quotes, invoices, and monitoring fulfillment.
  • Stock, organize, and maintain product inventory to support smooth showroom and warehouse operations.
  • Keep the warehouse and showroom clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Support warehouse operations, including forklift operation, inventory management, logistics coordination, and shipping/receiving.
 
Requirements:
  • Lift up to 50 lbs as required.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience in inside sales, retail, or a related field.
  • Background in a fast paced, customer focused environment emphasizing customer service, continuous improvement, merchandising, organization, and safety.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, even in challenging situations.
