The Scope of Impact

• Strategic Oversight: Lead the execution of complex Phase I and Phase II deliverables, including location drainage studies, hydraulic reports, and specialized floodway modeling.
• Regulatory Navigation: Manage high-level agency coordination and permitting processes with key regional bodies, ensuring seamless compliance across complex civil landscapes.
• Team Development: Cultivate technical excellence within the firm by mentoring junior engineers and maintaining absolute QA/QC integrity across all project documentation.

Precision Profiling

• Licensure: Hold an active Illinois Professional Engineer (P.E.) license alongside a B.S. in Civil Engineering.
• Experience Baseline: Exhibit 6 to 10 years of dedicated expertise in drainage, hydraulics, or water resources engineering.
