Water Restoration Lead Technician

Our Client, a privately-owned, and growing restoration firm in the Boston area is hiring an experienced Lead Technician to head up water damage restoration projects from start to finish. You'll direct on-site crews, assess water damage and moisture levels, operate extraction and drying equipment, and ensure every job meets industry standards and customer expectations.

What you'll do:
Lead restoration crews on residential and commercial water damage jobs, perform inspections and moisture mapping, set up and monitor drying equipment, communicate with customers and insurance adjusters, and maintain accurate job documentation.

What we're looking for:

1+ years of water damage restoration experience, IICRC certification (WRT preferred, ASD preferred but not required), strong leadership and communication skills, a valid driver's license, and availability for on-call emergency response.
