Role:

• Utilize schedule templates and line-up for operational strategy
• Communicate and lead shift teams with care and confidence
• Oversee financial systems with accuracy and accountability
• Coach and celebrate hospitality leadership behaviors
• Facilitate external communication and catering orders
• Collaborate with Training Director to make sure new team members get proper training
