You'll receive hands-on leadership experience, personalized coaching, and intentional development from our Directors and Executive Leadership Team while learning how to lead people, build healthy teams, and operate a high-performing business.

Program Path

This is a structured, hands-on development program that allows you to grow through increasing levels of responsibility.

Your progression includes:

• Phase 1: Team Member Foundations (approximately first two to three months)
• Phase 2: Certified Trainer
• Phase 3: Shift Leader
• Future Opportunities: Manager, Director, and Executive Leadership

Advancement is based on demonstrated performance, leadership growth, and readiness for increased responsibility.

What You'll Do

• Learn every aspect of restaurant operations.
• Lead and support team members during daily operations.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain Chick-fil-A standards for food safety, cleanliness, and quality.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Coach and encourage team members to achieve their best.
• Help create a positive, engaging, and high-performing culture.
• Partner with Directors and Executive Leaders to achieve operational goals.
• Model Chick-fil-A's values through servant leadership and professionalism.

Qualifications

We're looking for individuals who are:

• Passionate about leading and serving others
• High school graduates (or GED equivalent) or higher
• Experienced in leadership or management for at least one year (restaurant experience preferred but not required)
• Dependable and reliable
• Positive, coachable, and growth-minded
• Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to multitask while maintaining quality and composure
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
• Able to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable standing and moving throughout an entire shift
