What You’ll Do as a Highly Skilled Team Leader

• Lead daily operations with a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment
• Respond promptly and respectfully to Guests’ needs, creating emotional connections
• Train new team members and serve as a positive role model
• Open and close shifts as a trusted key holder
• Handle cash drawers and finalize daily operations
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and guests

What We’re Looking For in Our Team Leader

• A positive attitude with a smile and enthusiastic communication style
• Ability to create and maintain eye contact and build emotional connections with Guests
• Reliable transportation and commitment to superior customer service
• Strong people skills and ability to manage team behavior and performance
• Preferred experience as a shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, or similar role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to thrive in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
