Kaleidoscope Affect, LLC is expanding our Cleveland-area bench of experienced leadership development trainers and facilitators to support anticipated and future public-sector and organizational-development engagements.
We are seeking experienced facilitators who can work effectively with supervisors, managers, emerging leaders, executives, and cross-functional employee groups in complex organizations.
This is not a lecture-based trainer role. Our facilitators are expected to create engaging adult-learning environments, draw out participant experience, guide challenging conversations, facilitate realistic workplace scenarios, provide constructive feedback, and help participants apply what they learn to their work.
Engagements may include municipal government, public-sector organizations, healthcare, higher education, major employers, nonprofit organizations, and other complex workplaces.
This is a part-time, variable-hour/project-based opportunity. Hours are scheduled in advance based on client engagements; there is no guaranteed weekly schedule or minimum number of hours.
