At Chick-fil-A we have 4 levels of Leadership: Certified Trainer, Operations Captain, Operations Director and Executive Director.
Leadership opportunities are full-time restaurant positions working 40-50 hours per week. Responsibilities include: shift leadership, scheduling, inventory, and all aspects of food safety and food quality.

Leadership Responsibilities:
- Strong Sense of Character
- Previous restaurant or hospitality leadership experience preferred
- Sustained, excellence performance is required
