Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and actively participate in high-volume, fast-paced daily operations.
• Deliver prompt, courteous, and effective solutions to guest inquiries and needs.
• Assist with onboarding and training new hires, establishing high performance standards for every shift.
• Foster a collaborative, positive, and professional team environment.
• Serve as a key holder responsible for opening, closing, and leading shift operations.
• Manage cash reconciliations and execute daily operational reporting.
• Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.
