Professional Background

Applicants will typically bring:

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, or People & Culture functions
• Experience supporting employee engagement, workforce initiatives, or professional growth programs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence using digital communication and collaboration platforms
• A professional, self-directed approach to work
