LEADS MANAGER

Insurance Express is one of the fastest growing Insure Tech Agencies in the United States selling in all 50 States. We are looking for someone who is a strategist, someone who works well under deadlines and in a fast-paced environment, can communicate well and has excellent technical skills.The focus is to drive business growth and maximize sales opportunities, this will include lead sourcing, qualification, nurturing and conversion. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will report to the CEO.

· Responsible for Leads Generation and Managing KPIs and metrics.

· Manage daily “Lead Buy” in Ping Post System for Insurance leads (Auto/Home/Flood/Business/Health/Life)

· Coordinate with the directors of the three revenue producing divisions to devise effective leads strategies for each.

· Monitor, analyze and adjust lead strategies as necessary to maximize performance.

· Ensure targets are met.

· Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in lead generation.

Qualifications for Lead Manager

• 5+ years of experience in an lead generation company / professional services analytics based role

• 5+ years of experience Ping Post System

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
