Leak Service Manager

Position: Leak Service Manager - Orlando

Are you a pool expert with a knack for leadership? As the Leak Service Manager, you'll take charge of keeping things flowing smoothly, literally! If you’re ready to lead, inspire, and manage a team of RHINOS while tackling leaks and exceeding expectations, this role is for you. 

Pay and Perks: 

• Compensation: $75K-90K a year

About the Role: 

• Be the face of our culture by modeling humility, accountability, and servant leadership. You'll inspire your team to grow, both personally and professionally. 
• From job assignments to inventory management, you’ll ensure everything runs efficiently and on schedule. You'll even step up as the acting Branch Manager when needed! 
• Oversee the quality of work, maintain safety standards, and make sure every leak is sealed. Regular check-ins, job site visits, and team huddles will be key tools in your toolkit. 
• Develop plans to hit revenue targets and ensure the team’s KPIs are on point, including closing repair sales, maintaining low “go backs,” and achieving production benchmarks. 

What We're Looking For: 

• At least 1 year tenure at RED RHINO required 
• Strong leadership skills and a background in leak detection 
• Stellar communication and customer service chops 
• A love for problem-solving and keeping things efficient
