SYTE Corporation is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Leak Survey Technicians. This position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, stay active, and play a vital role in protecting communities by identifying and documenting natural gas leaks. No industry experience is required—paid training is provided.
Responsibilities:
Conduct natural gas leak surveys using specialized equipment.
Locate, classify, and document gas leaks and abnormal operating conditions.
Perform leak investigations and atmospheric corrosion inspections.
Complete required reports and compliance documentation.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, customers, and the public.
Work independently while meeting productivity and quality standards.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
Ability to pass a DOT drug screen and background check.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to walk 4–7 miles daily and lift up to 25 pounds.
Basic technology skills (smartphone/tablet).
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
