Optimize transportation lanes and implement milk-runs between 3PLs and factories. Cost-effective Logistics Management: Monitor and manage logistics rates to enhance efficiency, minimize costs, and maximize resource utilization. Implement cost management measures, evaluate processes, and establish KPIs. Local Customer and Forwarding Excellence: Oversee customs clearance, haulage, and documentation. Improve lead time delivery and ensure timely customer service. Container and Transport Optimization: Enhance efficiency through loading and stacking optimization, streamlining operations, minimizing waste, and maximizing capacity. Global Compliance and Legalization: Ensure adherence to global logistics regulations and legalization requirements. Stay updated on industry changes, implement adjustments, and establish FTZs with US Trade and Border Protection Program compliance.
