Job Description
Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Facilitate Kaizen events and value stream mapping exercises. Analyze production data and identify process improvement opportunities. Implement waste reduction and cost savings projects. Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics. Train employees on Lean tools and methodologies. Support 5S, standard work, and visual management programs. Partner with operations and engineering teams to drive improvements. Present project results and business impact to leadership.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Lean Engineer should have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. 3+ years of Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Manufacturing Engineering experience. Experience leading improvement projects in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools. Strong analytical and project management skills. Excellent communication and facilitation abilities. Six Sigma certification preferred.
