You’ll guide assigned TPM Locations, develop talent, and implement operational and strategic initiatives—bringing PECO Processes to life through disciplined execution and continuous improvement.

Your Impact

Start with a safety-first mindset, then ensure day-to-day operations deliver on Safety, Quality, Cost, Inventory, and Engagement. You’ll be the primary liaison with our TPM Partner, the coach developing TPM staff, and the problem-solver who removes barriers so projects land on time and on target.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead TPM employees and own overall location outcomes across SQCI(E) metrics.
  • Manage the onsite relationship with our TPM Partner, keeping objectives and execution tightly aligned.
  • With the TPM Supervisor, manage budgets—maintain, optimize, and report expenses.
  • Mentor, train, and upskill team members to strengthen capability.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve safety, quality, operational throughput, and best-practice adoption.
  • Collaborate with sales, service, transportation, and planning on TPM performance initiatives.
  • Develop and present operational performance reports that inform leaders and employees on workload and resource utilization.
  • Deliver projects end-to-end: coordinate resources, drive change management, identify/mitigate risks, document processes, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Control inventory for other pallet companies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years in manufacturing/operations with 3+ years of people management.
  • Interpersonal and leadership strengths; able to partner across departments and lead teams effectively.
  • Robust knowledge of manufacturing equipment/processes and operations processes; adept at managing multiple priorities.
  • Data-driven decision maker—capable of analyzing and interpreting KPIs.
  • Excellent written communication; experienced in preparing technical reports and presenting to groups and senior leaders.
  • Capable of supervising multiple groups/shifts, where applicable.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using enterprise software.
  • Critical thinker and problem solver with strong manufacturing business acumen.
  • Ability to drive a forklift is required.

Who You Are

  • Trusted communicator with strong presence; quickly builds credibility across all levels.
  • Guided by PECO’s Core Values: Safety, Integrity, Trust, Excellence.
  • Brings diverse experience and industry best practices to elevate performance.
  • Accountable, focused, and deadline-driven.
  • Confident engaging with current and potential PECO partners.
