Lead a high-performing shop through >20 concurrent builds, translating plans into precise execution. Drive flow, eliminate waste, and keep promises to customers—on time and on budget—while developing people and sustaining a positive, safety-first culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise manufacturing and assembly activities and the personnel executing them.
  • Maximize utilization of equipment, materials, and labor to reach peak throughput.
  • Collaborate daily with the Scheduler/Planner to align capacity with demand and ship dates.
  • Own training, safety, and general maintenance oversight; conduct reviews and assessments.
  • Process all production schedule paperwork issued by Planning/Engineering to the floor.
  • Deliver on KPIs: Product Efficiency, Product Quality Performance, COPQ, OTD, and EHS&S.
  • Guide a diverse team of welders, machine operators, and filter assembly staff; provide corrective coaching while nurturing a constructive culture.
  • Support Project Managers to maintain budget adherence.
  • Ensure accuracy of daily inventory transactions, factory orders, and routing.
  • Build and run a Welder Workmanship Program; teach weld symbols, processes, and drawing interpretation for new and experienced welders.
  • Perform other duties as required.

What You Bring

  • 5–10+ years as a Production Supervisor in a welding manufacturing setting (required).
  • Hands-on experience with Production Systems, Lean, and/or Continuous Process Improvement (required).
  • Proficiency with ERP for production tracking and materials management; D365 preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of welding processes (required).
  • Experience with production safety, inventory management, and manufacturing procedures (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or management (preferred).
  • Travel: may involve some travel.
