Seeking an experienced Materials Strategy & Lean Operations Manager to lead continuous improvement in inventory, material handling, and space utilization through lean tools like value stream mapping and 5S.
Responsibilities include
- overseeing daily operations and supervising ~40 employees
- optimizing material flow and implementing lean systems
- collaborating across departments to align inventory with demand
- monitoring KPIs and driving process improvements
- developing inventory policies and ensuring compliance
- reporting to leadership and analyzing trends
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s in related field, 4+ years experience, lean Six Sigma certification, strong leadership and analytical skills
- proficiency in inventory systems
Compensation ranges from $125k-$135k plus bonus, with comprehensive benefits.
