FlexScreen/RiteScreen in Fargo, ND is seeking a Lean-savvy supervisor to command a value stream in a build-to-order environment. If you’re at your best on the production floor and you turn data into action, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do

• Lean & Continuous Improvement: Build a CI culture, run kaizen events, coach standard work and problem-solving, and drive root-cause actions to hit targets.
• Daily Operations: Plan and flex production schedules and labor to meet changing demand; keep KPI boards current; adjust quickly to close gaps.
• People Leadership: Set expectations, coach and develop, rotate work, and create a cross-trained, accountable team; partner with HR/site leadership to correct underperformance and recognize excellence.
• Timekeeping & Labor: Review/code/approve ADP timecards on deadline, resolve discrepancies, manage timekeeping compliance, approve PTO, and maintain staffing; communicate hourly resource needs to HR/recruiting and track attendance/headcount.
• Safety: Lead by example; deliver/oversee safety training and audits; enforce safe practices in every task.
• Communication & Reporting: Present metrics using Excel/PowerPoint; host plant tours; support customer/supplier visits.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field; or 3–5 years in manufacturing leadership.
• Proven Lean manufacturing expertise and quality improvement experience.
• Data-driven problem-solver with strong project management skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and communicate clearly at all levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
• Exceptional organization and time management in fast-paced settings.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality with sensitive information.
