Shift Time: 1st shift 6:00 am 2:30 pm
Position Responsibilities:
" Connect Lean principles and strategy to execution and results mature Seek, Speak, Listen and closed loop for continuous improvement
" Develop and deploy systematic approach to capture and replicate innovations and improve best practices
" Represent Lean / continuous improvement function in Program reviews and strategic planning
" Operationalize data analytics into daily Lean practice and priorities
" Instructs others in continuous improvement tools and principles
" Develops and updates instructional materials
" Seeks out new tools and techniques
" Tailors message to specific audience level
" Guides the effective application and integration of LEAN implementation
" Leads and facilitates complex and high visibility process improvement efforts
" Develops an integrated strategy and assists with its strategic deployment
" Leads and facilitates the improvement and standardization of enterprise policies and procedures
" Assesses business capability and capacity
" Represents the LEAN improvements function in Program reviews
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
" 5+ years of experience implementing lean principles, to include identifying opportunities and making recommendations for value stream improvements that resulted in improved business position through culture transformation.
" 5+ years of experience planning and facilitating Lean+ workshops (e.g., BPSM /AIW / 3P / Kaizen / VSM, Process Mapping, AIW, DK)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
" Bachelor s degree or higher
" Project management certification
" Knowledge and application of the Client Production System .
" Previous experience with business case development, stakeholder alignment, benefits capture, institutionalization, and continuous improvementse
