We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Learning & Development Consultant to drive learning initiatives that enhance business performance and accelerate early career talent development. This role partners with business leaders and HR stakeholders to design and deliver impactful learning strategies, programs, and experiences that build organizational capability and support employee growth. Workday LMS experience required.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted learning consultant to business leaders and HR partners.
Develop and implement learning strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce needs.
Lead enterprise-wide early career development programs, including onboarding, career readiness, and development pathways.
Design and manage blended learning solutions using instructor-led, virtual, digital, and experiential approaches.
Facilitate training programs and establish standards for learning excellence and learner engagement.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of learning professionals.
Measure program effectiveness through data, feedback, and business outcomes, driving continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Workday LMS experience is a must
8-10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Effectiveness, or a related discipline.
Experience designing and delivering talent development and early career programs.
Strong facilitation, consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Demonstrated success leading teams and managing learning portfolios.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in a related field.
Experience working in large, matrixed organizations.
Expertise in leadership development, change management, and learning analytics.
Familiarity with modern learning technologies and blended learning methodologies.
