SUS is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to assist the Learning & Development team.
This position is located at 7th Avenue New York, NY 10018
The Learning and Development Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and project support to the organization’s staff development function, ensuring the effective coordination and delivery of all training initiatives. This role manages training logistics from start to finish, including scheduling, enrollment coordination, compliance tracking, documentation, and learning management system (Litmos) administration. The coordinator serves as a key resource to trainers and internal stakeholders by ensuring required documentation, materials, equipment, and resources are in place. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
