Learning and Development Manager


Salary up to $75,000


We are working closely with a well known organization to identify a Learning and Development Manager to drive training, employee growth, and leadership development initiatives across the property. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating engaging learning experiences, supporting career progression, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role is fully onsite in Nashville, TN.


Responsibilities of the Learning and Development Manager:



  • Develop and deliver engaging learning experiences that enhance employee performance and support operational excellence.

  • Create a welcoming and effective introduction for new team members, helping them integrate quickly into the organization.

  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify skill gaps and implement solutions that support team and organizational goals.

  • Champion professional growth opportunities by supporting emerging leaders and encouraging long-term career development.

  • Measure learning outcomes through reporting and feedback, using insights to continuously improve development initiatives.

  • Help cultivate an environment where growth, collaboration, and exceptional service are valued and encouraged.


Qualifications of the Learning and Development Manager:



  • Previous experience supporting talent development, employee engagement, or workforce capability-building initiatives

  • Experience developing and facilitating impactful learning solutions that support business objectives

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in workplace software and learning-related platforms

  • Relevant degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience preferred
