Job Summary

The Learning and Development Product Owner is responsible for the strategic configuration, administration, and ongoing optimization of Moneta's LMS which encompasses both the firm's learning and performance management platform. This role partners cross-functionally across business units with stakeholders to ensure the platform effectively supports the firm's development, performance management, and retention strategies.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the firm's strategic roadmap for the LMS, ensuring platform configuration and usage aligns with organizational priorities and evolves to meet stakeholder needs.
  • Monitor system release updates and industry best practices; assess and implement system enhancements and workflow improvements as appropriate.
  • Configure, launch, and manage performance review cycles within the system, including goal setting, check-ins, and annual reviews and development plans.
  • Partner with HR leadership to design and maintain performance workflows that support consistency, accountability, and a quality employee experience across the firm.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and module configurations within the system's learning and talent management modules.
  • Build, maintain, and audit learning objects including Events, Sessions, Curricula, Learning Assignments, and Online Training.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain data integrity across the platform on an ongoing basis.
  • Analyze talent metrics, learning trends, and performance data to identify opportunities for system and content optimization.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support talent management and learning decision-making across the firm.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders on all system-related learning and performance management initiatives.
  • Communicate system updates, changes, and issues clearly and proactively to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver end-user training programs; provide ongoing support and resolve escalated user issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience configuring and administering learning management systems, with demonstrated proficiency across the Learning and Performance modules. Cornerstone OnDemand experience a plus
  • Experience in a Product Owner or systems management role, with a track record of managing a product backlog and delivering system enhancements.
  • Working knowledge of talent management processes, including learning administration, performance management, and workforce development.
  • Technical fluency sufficient to evaluate system trade-offs and collaborate with IT partners, including familiarity with backend data workflows and integrations between HRIS and adjacent platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
