We are searching for a Learning and Development Specialist. This is a hands-on learning and development role focused on creating and facilitating effective learning experiences for employees, managers, and teams. The Specialist will facilitate 5+ instructor-led and virtual learning classes each month while developing and maintaining learning programs, materials, and resources.
This is a hybrid role that requires the candidate be seated in the metro Phoenix area and be able to come into the Phoenix office two days per week.
Responsibilities:Facilitates 5+ instructor-led and virtual learning classes each month for employees, managers, and teams, adapting delivery approaches to support learner engagement and understanding.
Designs, develops, delivers, and maintains learning programs, materials, and resources that support employee and technical development needs.
Partners with subject matter experts to develop, update, and improve technical and employee development training.
Creates and maintains learning curricula and resources for diverse audiences and delivery modalities, with a focus on accessibility, inclusivity, and relevance across roles and departments.
Applies adult learning principles, ADDIE, and the Kirkpatrick model when developing and delivering learning solutions.
Supports the implementation of learning programs by coordinating materials, communications, logistics, and other activities needed for effective delivery.
Manages assigned learning projects and activities independently, maintaining quality, organization, and established timelines.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, organizational development, business administration or related field preferred; or equivalent years of experience specializing in Human Resources, Training or Organizational Development.
An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
