The Learning and Development Specialist will develop, coordinate, and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge across a global organization.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, they will manage the full lifecycle of L&D activities, including creating engaging materials, scheduling, delivering remote and in-person training, and maintaining records.
They should be skilled in designing effective learning solutions, managing LMS platforms, and measuring training effectiveness.
The role requires strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in L&D, experience with LMS systems, and excellent presentation skills. Candidates must be located in the Eastern Time Zone and adaptable to international training schedules.
