In this role, you’ll serve as the strategic Learning & Development partner for assigned business areas, helping leaders identify capability gaps, clarify performance needs, and shape learning strategies that support business goals. You’ll work closely with leaders and cross-functional learning partners to ensure solutions are relevant, measurable, and grounded in the realities of day-to-day operations.
Day to day, you’ll:
Beyond that, your work will help ensure learning programs are aligned to business workflows, focused on measurable outcomes, and designed to improve the teammate and member experience.
We’re looking for a thoughtful, consultative learning professional who can build trust with leaders, ask the right questions, and connect development work to business results. You’ll be successful here if you can balance strategy with execution and stay focused on solving the right problem, not simply responding to a training request.
