Description

Position: Learning Content Developer
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: DOE

Responsibilities
  • Develop training materials based on outlines and requirements provided by the Training Manager.
  • Create and maintain presentations, user guides, quick reference guides, job aids, and knowledge base content.
  • Update existing training materials to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
  • Apply branding, formatting, and design standards across all learning deliverables.
  • Partner with Learning Design and project teams to support training for SaaS solutions and business initiatives.
  • Draft communications supporting new system deployments and organizational changes.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in training content development, instructional design support, technical writing, or related roles.
  • Strong PowerPoint, Word, and content creation skills.
  • Excellent written communication and document formatting abilities.
  • Experience supporting software, SaaS, or business transformation initiatives preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Highly desirable: Adobe RoboHelp and Valamis LMS experience.
