Description

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Learning Design Project Manager in New York, NY. Summary: We are seeking a Learning Designer to create engaging, effective learning solutions that align with business objectives and learner needs. This role partners with clients, Learning Consultants, and internal teams to design, develop, and deliver learning experiences across instructor-led, virtual, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate combines instructional design expertise, project management skills, and a client-focused mindset to deliver high-quality training solutions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop learning solutions across live, virtual, and digital formats
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into learning objectives
  • Create learner materials, facilitator guides, presentations, and training assets
  • Facilitate design meetings, review sessions, and instructor readiness activities
  • Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance
  • Apply instructional design best practices, learning standards, and accessibility requirements
  • Utilize design thinking methodologies to develop, test, and refine learning experiences
  • Support training events, conferences, workshops, and multi-location learning deployments
  • Manage project documentation, timelines, feedback cycles, and deliverables
  • Monitor project progress and proactively communicate risks, issues, and solutions

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Training experience
  • Experience designing training programs across multiple learning modalities
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Client-service mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience within a professional services environment
  • Prior Big 4 experience a plus
  • Experience with learning technologies and digital learning tools
  • Knowledge of adult learning and instructional design methodologies

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
