Description

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Learning Design Project Manager in Orlando, FL. Summary: The client is looking for an experienced Learning Designer to develop and deliver engaging learning solutions that support business objectives. This role partners with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning experiences while ensuring quality, accessibility, and learner engagement. Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop learning solutions across live, virtual, and digital formats
  • Partner with clients, SMEs, and stakeholders to identify learning needs and create effective training programs
  • Develop instructional materials, assessments, facilitator guides, and learner resources
  • Apply design thinking and adult learning principles to create engaging learning experiences
  • Manage content reviews, revisions, and stakeholder feedback
  • Support planning and execution of training events and learning initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility, quality, and organizational standards
  • Leverage learning technologies and innovative tools to enhance learning outcomes

Requirements:

  • High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Training experience
  • Experience designing and developing learning content across multiple delivery methods
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and cloud-based tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Microsoft 365 proficiency

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
