Experienced in developing and facilitating complex training programs for diverse end-users, from front-line staff to operations, including creating facilitator guides and updating existing materials and develop new materials.
Must have experience delivering training on complex systems with frequent release cycles (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), including continuously updating training materials.
Must have experience supporting complex system rollouts and designing training programs for highly complex platforms.
Skilled in training on highly technical software systems with ongoing enhancements, supporting both onboarding and ongoing releases.
Quick to learn new systems and apply updates to training.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Articulate 360, WalkMe, SharePoint, Microsoft Office (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams), Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Genially
Collaborates in multiple roles facilitator, co-facilitator, simulation runner, and training support.
Proficient in hands-on sandbox environments.
Self-directed and motivated, able to work independently.
Thrives in fast-paced settings, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
