We are seeking aLearning&Development Instructional Designer to support the creation and execution of high-quality learning experiences formanagersandleaders.
Thisrolewill work within the L&D team to develop engaging virtualandin-personlearningsessions, tools, and resources that drive practical skill-building and behavior change. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented,creative, organized, and excited to grow in the field of instructional design and leadership development. Thisisa hands-on role passionate about building, refining, and scaling learning content and materials.
Thisisa hybrid role and will be onsite Tuesday - Thursday at either our Boston, MA or Seattle WA office.
What You Will Do As ALearning&Development Program Manager:
Support the design and development of virtualandin-personlearningsessionsformanagersandleaders.
Build slide decks, participant materials, facilitator guides, and jobaidsbasedonprovidedframeworks and direction.
Developandmaintain on-demand learning content, including micro-learningmodules,recordedsessions, toolkits, and self-paced resources within the LMS ordigitallearning platforms.
Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and easy-to-use learning tools.
Assist in developing just-in-time toolkits focusedon feedback, decision-making, team effectiveness, and leadership fundamentals.
Manage learning logistics, materials, and coordination for live sessions.
Maintain learning resources within digital platforms and repositories.
Incorporate feedback from participants and stakeholders to refine materials.
Ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment across learning assets.
2–4 years of experience in learning&development, instructional design, HR, education, or related field.
Experience developing or supporting on-demand ordigitallearning content (e.g., micro-learningmodules,recordedsessions, interactive resources).
Familiarity with eLearning systems and tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, or similar platforms.
Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
Experience building presentations and learning materials (PowerPoint, Word, etc).
High attentiontodetail and strong project management skills.
Ability to take direction and translate it into structured, polished deliverables.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Experience with eLearning tools (Articulate, Rise, etc.).
Familiarity with LMS platforms.
Interestin leadership development or organizational effectiveness.
Experience supporting live virtual or in-person training sessions.
Thisrolewill help ensure our learning experiences are well-designed, practical, and scalable. By supporting the development of tools and leadership resources, this role contributes to strengthening feedback culture, decision clarity, and leadership effectiveness across Hasbro.

The base salary range for this position is $64,000.00 to $96,600.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
