Overview
This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of our Jacksonville, FL office.
This position is responsible for executing assigned Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) programs across Bank functions. Works closely with key stakeholders, associates, and vendors to identify needs and provide solutions while ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and culture. Offers consultative guidance on program implementation and processes to maximize results of developed solutions.

Bachelor''s Degree and 4 years of experience in Learning & Talent Development or Human Resources
High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Learning & Talent Development or Human Resources
