Learning & Development Coordinator
Randolph- Hybrid | Full-Time
The Learning & Development Coordinator supports May Institute's training operations by managing orientation logistics, tracking certifications, compliance documentation, and cross-functional communication. This role ensures seamless training delivery and accurate recordkeeping that directly supports our mission to promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate New Hire Orientation attendance, reporting, badge creation, and training progression scheduling.
- Manage recertification enrollment, compliance tracking, and LMS documentation updates.
- Conduct daily, monthly, and quarterly audits of training and certification records.
- Support internal and external audits with complete, accurate documentation.
- Coordinate training logistics including room scheduling, materials, vendor communication, and last-minute adjustments.
- Manage the L&D team inbox, team scheduling, supply ordering, and internal communications.
- Create promotional materials and track L&D invoices for fiscal accountability.
- Serve as the first point of contact for L&D inquiries, directing questions appropriately and ensuring timely, professional responses.
Qualifications

- Experience with LMS platforms, HRIS systems (Dayforce preferred), and reporting tools.
- Associate's degree or relevant experience preferred.
