Job Details

Our client is a respected engineering consulting firm seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead employee learning, leadership development, knowledge management, and training initiatives across a multidisciplinary organization. This individual will partner closely with technical leaders, IT, and HR to build scalable development programs that support employee growth, operational excellence, and long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead firmwide technical training and professional development programs
• Develop leadership development and succession planning initiatives
• Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Oversee knowledge management processes, documentation, and best practices
• Support SharePoint-based learning and knowledge-sharing platforms
• Coordinate compliance, certification, and continuing education programs
• Track learning effectiveness through reporting, analytics, and performance metrics
• Drive adoption of emerging learning technologies and AI-enabled knowledge tools

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or Training Management
• Strong background managing LMS platforms and employee learning programs
• Experience with knowledge management, process documentation, and information sharing
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and reporting tools such as Power BI
• Ability to partner with technical professionals, project managers, and business leaders
• Prior experience within engineering consulting, architecture, construction, AEC, or professional services environments is highly preferred
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certifications preferred
• CPTD or APTD certifications preferred
• AI-enabled tool experience highly preferred
