Learning & Development Manager

WE'RE HIRING: LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - HOSPITALITY

Traditions Hospitality Group is looking for a Learning & Development Manager who is ready to help take our training and development programs to the next level.

This isn't just a classroom training position. We're looking for someone who can combine hospitality operations, leadership development, learning technology, digital content, data, and innovation to build training programs that employees and managers will actually use.

What You'll Do

• Develop engaging training for Food & Beverage and hospitality teams
• Help lead and maximize our LMS and learning technology
• Create digital, video, microlearning, and interactive training content
• Use data and analytics to measure training effectiveness
• Explore practical ways to use AI and automation in Learning & Development
• Build leadership development programs and strengthen our leadership bench
• Turn manual training processes into modern, technology-enabled solutions
• Partner with HR and Operations to identify performance gaps and develop solutions
• Help managers and employees successfully adopt new technology and processes

We're Looking for Someone Who

• 10+ years of progressive Learning & Development experience, with a strong background in hospitality training, leadership development, and operational excellence.
• Understands Food & Beverage or hospitality operations
• Is highly comfortable with technology and quickly learns new systems
• Has experience with an LMS, digital learning, or instructional design
• Can create engaging, practical training that connects with employees
• Is comfortable working with frontline employees, managers, and senior leadership
• Uses data to identify opportunities and measure results
• Enjoys challenging "the way we've always done it" and finding better solutions
• Most importantly, has a genuine passion for developing people
• Experience with Paycom Learning, Articulate 360/Rise/Storyline, Canva, Camtasia, Power BI, or similar technology is a plus.
• Hospitality or multi-unit Food & Beverage experience is highly preferred.
