Your Job:

Learning & Development Partner

The largest pharmaceutical, medtech, and in vitro diagnostic companies in the world count on Phillips-Medisize, a Molex company, to bring their breakthrough ideas and innovative branded products to market - with confidence. As a global contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), we work closely with healthcare customers and specialty consumer businesses to help millions of patients, healthcare professionals, and individuals live healthier, more productive lives.

Phillips-Medisize is seeking a Learning & Development Partner to support multiple manufacturing sites within an assigned region. This role serves as a critical link between global Learning & Development strategy and site-level execution.

The Learning & Development Partner works proactively with site leaders, supervisors, and employees to enable effective learning, strengthen on-the-job training, and support workforce capability. In partnership with global and regional L&D teams, this role helps implement learning programs and frameworks across sites while ensuring they are practical, scalable, and aligned to real operational needs.

The Learning & Development Partner plays an active role in shaping how learning solutions are adopted and sustained at the site level, providing insights and feedback that influence continuous improvement of global and regional learning strategies.

Regular travel is required to assigned manufacturing sites to build relationships, support learning execution, and partner with site leaders; anticipated travel between different US states (per assigned region) is up to approximately 75% during the initial 6-8 months, with travel cadence adjusting as site relationships and learning maturity are established. When the Learning & Development Partner is not traveling, office location will be within one of the facilities within assigned region.

For this role, we anticipate paying $75,000-85,000 annually. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.

East Coast: Little Rock AR, Clinton MA, Caldwell ID - Travel up to 75%

The ideal candidate will sit at Little Rock AR

Ideal hours: Monday- Friday 8-4pm Onsite

What You Will Do in Your Role

  • Serve as the primary site-facing learning partner for assigned manufacturing locations, building strong relationships with site leaders, supervisors, HR and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct Needs and gap analyses to identify learning priorities and knowledge, skill, and ability (KSA) gaps aligned to site business objectives.
  • Partner with global and regional Learning & Development teams to implement, adapt, and sustain learning programs, frameworks, and initiatives within assigned sites by leveraging data, stakeholder input and performance insights to help prioritize high-impact learning solutions.
  • Translate learning strategies into practical, site-level execution by enabling supervisors to reinforce training expectations, drive on-the-job application, and build employee capability.
  • Strengthen site specific learning needs, such as on-the-job training (OJT) practices by partnering with supervisors and site resources to improve execution quality, documentation usability, and consistency.
  • Facilitate or co-facilitate classroom and instructor-led training for all working shifts and times, using existing content, and coach subject matter experts through Train-the-Trainer approaches to improve delivery effectiveness.
  • Develop or tailor site-specific learning materials, job aids, and resources to address localized needs or process differences while aligning with global standards and frameworks.
  • Identify and leverage external learning resources (technical colleges, vendors, institutions) to support technical skill development and succession needs.

Who you are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field preferred, and/or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years' experience designing, implementing, and continuously improving scalable learning programs (e.g., on-the-job training, certification pathways, onboarding frameworks) that drive measurable performance outcomes.
  • Experience facilitating Adult learning theory, presenting, or supporting instructor-led training combined with evaluating training effectiveness and translating data, feedback, and performance metrics into actionable insights that improve learning outcomes and business performance

  • Experience with enterprise systems such as Learning Management Systems (LMS)

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience working in manufacturing environments
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and or Vietnamese

  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously by setting priorities, aligning stakeholders, and driving work to completion
  • Experience of application of adult learning principles, blended learning approaches, training effectiveness, and instructional design best practices (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Kirkpatrick, etc.)
  • Experience developing or supporting learning materials using digital learning tools, such as:

  • Camtasia
  • Video, screen capture, or animation-based learning tools
