Description:

About Us

Who Brew LLC is a franchisee of a rapidly expanding coffee chain known for quality, innovation, and a commitment to providing exceptional experiences across multiple locations. We're more than just a coffee shop. It's our people and our vibe that create that magic feeling for our customers.

As we continue to grow, we're building the people programs, systems, and training infrastructure needed to support our teams at both the stand and corporate level.

Position Overview

Who Brew is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to serve as our lead learning and development resource and help build our training function as we continue to scale.

This is a hands-on role responsible for the development, delivery, and execution of company-wide learning initiatives for both our stand and corporate teams. This person will own training initiatives from concept through rollout - identifying learning needs, creating content and materials, developing rollout strategies, personally facilitating training, and measuring effectiveness.

Because we are a fast-growing organization, many of our training programs are still being built. We're looking for someone who is comfortable starting with a blank page and turning business needs into engaging, scalable training programs.

Requirements:

What You'll Do

  • Serve as Who Brew's lead learning and development resource and primary point of contact for training initiatives.
  •  Own the development and execution of company-wide learning programs for stand and corporate teams.
  •  Build scalable training programs and resources from the ground up.
  • Design and create engaging training content, including presentations, facilitator guides, job aids, reference materials, e-learning content, videos, and other learning resources.
  • Personally facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training for employees and leaders across multiple markets.
  • Lead the training strategy and execution for major company initiatives and system implementations, including EcoTrack and future technology rollouts.
  • Develop systems training that translates technology and processes into practical, easy-to-understand learning experiences.
  • Create comprehensive training and rollout plans for new programs, systems, policies, and initiatives.
  • Partner closely with HR, Operations, and corporate leadership to identify learning needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Develop and continuously improve onboarding, leadership development, systems training, and ongoing employee learning programs.
  • Serve as the training point of contact before, during, and after major company rollouts.
  • Partner with the HR Operations & Learning Systems Specialist to ensure learning content is effectively deployed and tracked through the LMS.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, knowledge checks, completion data, and business outcomes.
  • Maintain and continuously improve training materials as the organization evolves.
  • Travel throughout company markets to facilitate training and support major initiatives, implementations, and rollouts; travel may reach 100% during these periods.
  • Bring structure, creativity, and consistency to a growing learning and development function.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in learning & development, corporate training, instructional design, training facilitation, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience building training programs and content from the ground up.
  • Strong experience facilitating training for groups, both virtually and in person.
  • Experience developing and delivering training for new systems, technology implementations, or large-scale organizational rollouts.
  • Strong instructional design and content-development skills.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and public-speaking skills.
  •  Ability to translate complex systems, processes, and business initiatives into practical and engaging learning experiences.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to independently own projects from initial concept through implementation.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where programs and processes are still being built.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and partner effectively across HR, Operations, corporate departments, and leadership.
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly, including up to 100% travel during major initiatives, system implementations, and company-wide rollouts.
  • Must reside within one of Who Brew's core markets in PA, TN, IL, or IN.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting a multi-location, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or other high-volume workforce.
  • Experience developing learning programs for both frontline employees and corporate/leadership audiences.
  •  Experience with Paylocity, Learning Management Systems, or similar HR and learning platforms preferred.
  • Experience with instructional design and e-learning development tools.
  • Experience supporting large-scale technology or operational implementations.
  • Experience helping build or scale an L&D function within a high-growth organization.

Benefits Available

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • Life & AD&D Coverage
  • Flexible PTO for eligible corporate team members
  • Paid parental leave for eligible full-time, benefits-eligible team members with at least 12 months of continuous service
  • Paid Bereavement Leave for qualifying family losses

Benefit eligibility and leave programs are subject to the terms of the applicable Who Brew policies and benefit plans.
