Job Description

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist (L&D) with Salesforce AutoCloud or similar systems for a Financial Services Organization. 
Location: Orange County, CA
Duration: 6-Month + Contract
Work Arrangement: Hybrid- Mon-Thu (Onsite) Friday-Remote
Pay rate: $46.00 per hour

Position Overview
The Learning & Development Specialist will support the design, development, and implementation of learning solutions for the successful adoption of Salesforce AutoCloud across the organization.
This role will partner closely with business leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs), project teams, and training stakeholders to assess learning needs, develop engaging training content, document business processes, and support change-readiness initiatives. The ideal candidate combines instructional design, multimedia development, eLearning, training facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Multimedia & eLearning Development
  • Design and develop engaging eLearning programs using instructional design best practices and multimedia authoring tools.
  • Create and edit professional training videos, including recording, production, post-production, and distribution.
  • Develop graphics, illustrations, visual assets, job aids, and other digital learning materials.
  • Publish and maintain training content across multiple platforms while ensuring consistent branding, accessibility, and user experience.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to translate complex Salesforce AutoCloud concepts and processes into clear, engaging learning experiences.
  • Provide ongoing multimedia support, troubleshooting, content updates, and asset management.
Learning & Training Development
  • Design and develop training curricula, learning pathways, training programs, and supporting materials aligned with business objectives.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, job aids, user guides, and other learning resources.
  • Develop communication and training plans to increase awareness, adoption, and engagement.
  • Facilitate training sessions and support train-the-trainer activities.
  • Partner with business leaders and project stakeholders to identify learning needs and define training requirements.
  • Manage multiple training deliverables and timelines throughout the Salesforce AutoCloud implementation lifecycle.
  • Gather stakeholder and learner feedback, evaluate training effectiveness, and recommend improvements to increase knowledge retention and user adoption.
Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience designing and developing training materials for Salesforce AutoCloud or any similar CRM systems. 
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning platforms.
  • Strong instructional design and curriculum development experience.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Express, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Captivate, Canva, and/or similar multimedia/design applications.
  • Experience developing eLearning, videos, presentations, job aids, SOPs, and process documentation.
  • Ability to facilitate and present training to diverse audiences, including experience with train-the-trainer programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Salesforce implementations, transformation initiatives, or organizational change programs.
  • Experience developing training for enterprise technology implementations.
  • Familiarity with change management and user adoption strategies.
  • Experience measuring training effectiveness and using feedback to improve learning solutions.
