Creighton University''s Human Resources team seeks a Learning & Development Support Specialist for a Full-Time temporary position to serve as a responsive point of contact for Bridge and Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM performance management, ensuring continuity of support for students, faculty, and staff.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as a frontline support contact for technical inquiries related to the Bridge learning platform and performance review/goal-setting processes in Oracle
  • Respond promptly to student, faculty, and staff inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex cases as needed
  • Upload and organize existing, already-created training content within Bridge (course assignments, modules, and learning materials)
  • Assist users navigating goals, performance reviews, and related workflows in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
  • Provide coverage and continuity for Bridge and Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM support during periods when the primary administrator is unavailable
  • Maintain accuracy of course assignments, user access, and system records across both platforms
  • Document common questions and resolutions to support consistent, efficient user assistance

Qualifications

  • Comfort learning new software systems quickly and adapting to evolving processes
  • Demonstrated comfort and proficiency with technology
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
  • 2 years office support experience with a minimum of 1 year learning & development experience preferred.

Position Details

  • Duration: 3 months
  • Compensation: $21/hour
