Current Idaho license in cosmetology or nails (instructor license preferred but not required)
Strong coaching, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with teamwork, supervision, documentation, and customer service
Solid work history with verifiable references
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and the beauty industry
Familiarity with Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural & technical systems (preferred)
As a Learning Leader, you'll coach and inspire Future Professionals on both technical skills and guest service systems-including upselling, rebooking, and delivering an excellent client experience.
