Responsibilities:
Lead as an LMS Administrator in Cornerstone LMS (level 2).
Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for LMS Administrators.
Provide technical support and answer questions for North America Manufacturing Plant and Health & Safety LMS Administrators.
Facilitate "train the trainer" sessions for LMS Administrators.
Train LMS Administrators on Articulate for course content updates and creation of new courses.
Assist in pushing and tracking mandatory training for Blue Collar employees.
Review "Access Rate" in the global reporting tool for Blue Collar employees.
Create a reporting process to train LMS Administrators on completions and "access rate" in the LMS and global reporting tool.
Support Badge Attendance App/Event Tracker activities by updating SOPs and creating training videos.
Requirements:
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems Administration.
Experience with Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline).
Excellent project management skills, self-directed and motivated.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferences:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Ability to establish and maintain positive, professional working relationships.
Resourcefulness, forward-thinking strategy, and time management skills.
Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
