Our mission is simple: we exist to lift up every community we serve, to enable aging adults to live life to the fullest, and to empower our Care Team in their purpose-driven work.Why You'll Love Working HereOur I CARE values guide everything we do:Integrity – Doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.Compassion – Treating people with patience and dignity.Accountability – Owning our actions and outcomes.Respect – Honoring everyone's story, including clients, families, and each other.Excellence – Striving to be better every day.What You'll DoOwn the Care Academy platform relationship as our learning management system administrator.Serve as the single point of contact for enrollment, access, and system issues.Collaborate weekly with Clinical, HR, and VBC teams on training needs.Recommend and administer a ticketing system for course requests.Distribute weekly training completion reporting to stakeholders.Support compliance and credentialing needs, including licensure renewal and maintenance.Ensure team members - RNs, LPNs, and CNAs - maintain valid, active clinical licenses in the state(s) where they work.Track valid BLS certifications for all applicable team members.Manage in-service training completion and submit weekly completion data to payroll to support DOL-compliant payout.What We're Looking ForPrior experience with a learning management system (LMS), ideally in a healthcare or home care setting.Experience with clinical licensure, credentialing, or compliance tracking (RN, LPN, CNA credentials a strong plus).Comfort working cross-functionally with Clinical, HR, and VBC teams.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage recurring weekly and monthly reporting deadlines.Excellent attention to detail and follow-through on outstanding documentation.Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while staying closely connected to a distributed team.Work EnvironmentThis is a hybrid / remote, full-time position. Occasional extended hours may be required to meet weekly and monthly compliance deadlines.
