**Responsibilities**
In this **Learning Manager - Business User** you will establish a center of excellence for upskilling business users through short-form content, enabling learners to effectively use tools like Microsoft Copilot in their daily work. You will lead the creation of a comprehensive learning bill of materials and a library of engaging short-form content to develop targeted AI skills. Content will be activated across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on social media, ensuring a continuous stream of entertaining and impactful skilling resources for learners worldwide.
In this role you will be responsible for following:
1. Business User short form skilling strategy - Leading the strategy for this audience defining their skilling needs, jobs to be done, learning preferences, trusted influencers etc. with a goal to upskill specific business user personas (eg. Finance, HR) to more effectively use AI.
2. Skilling content development - Execute on the strategy to curate and develop engaging short form content (primarily video) to enable business users to leverage AI tools like Copilot more effectively in their workday.
3. Audience engagement strategy & execution - Build and execute a plan to engage and build trust with business users across channels including events, communities, outbound channels, and within our learning product.
4. Social Media activation - Activate content on our social media channels (in partnership with a social media team) to reach and upskill new learners.
5. Collaboration: Work with teams across social media, marketing, advocacy, and product to embed business user content across channels.

**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
+ Master's Degree or equivalent 1+ year(s) experience in learning and development, relevant technical roles, business development, quota management, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, program/project management, or corporate education OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent AND 2+ years experience in learning and development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management, corporate education OR equivalent experience.
**Other Recommended Qualifications**
+ Experience using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to improve business outcomes and impact, preferably in the learning space.
+ Experience producing content for broad scale consumption.
+ Experience translating complex concepts into simple storytelling.
+ Experience in learning and skilling.
Integrated Learning IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year. Integrated Learning IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
